Welcome to KudoClass. These Terms of Service ("Terms") regulate the use of our platform and all related services. If you continue to use our software, then you (the "Institution" or "User") commit yourself to comply with these Terms.
By creating an account or using the KudoClass ERP, you declare that you are legally empowered to make your institution accept these Terms. If you disagree, you are required to stop using the platform right away.
KudoClass offers various cloud-based solutions for school management including, among other things, fees management, parental communication, school record, and automation of school administration tasks. To enhance user experience, we may at any time and at our sole discretion update, change, or terminate features of the service.
Security: You will be held accountable for keeping your username and password confidential. Activities under your account will be considered as yours.
Authorized Users: You can open up your account to staff, parents and students based on your subscription. You need to make sure they follow these Terms.
Institution Data: You keep full rights and ownership of the data you enter into KudoClass (Student records, financial data, etc.).
Data Processing: KudoClass serves as a Data Processor. We handle data merely to deliver the service, and we do not market or share your data with third parties unless it is stated in our Privacy Policy.
Legal Compliance: The Institution alone bears the responsibility of securing parental/guardian consent for student data collection as per the requirements of the local law.
Billing: Fees are invoiced according to your chosen subscription plan. Payments are generally not refundable, except in cases mentioned explicitly in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend access to ERP if payments are delayed by more than 15 days.
You agree not to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to pull out the source code of the KudoClass platform.
Use the service to store or transmit material that infringes, libelous or unlawful in any other way.
Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the cloud infrastructure.
All software designs, logos, and trademarks connected with KudoClass are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developers. When you use our service, you are not given any ownership rights or licenses aside from the right to use the software within your institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KudoClass isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - like lost data or profits, from your use of the platform. Our total liability stays capped at what you paid in the six months before the claim. It seems reasonable to argue that this limit keeps risks manageable for both sides.
By You: You can close your account by giving us a written notice 30 days in advance.
Data Export: After it ends, you get 30 days to pull your institutional data off before we delete it from our servers. Probably the only time you'll see that option is right after signing out.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
